How to Overcome Limited Space through Creativity in Design
Living in a small space is challenging, especially regarding functionality and comfort. However, Sarah saw the small size of her garage as an opportunity for creative thinking and problem-solving. She was determined to make every square inch of her space work for her, without sacrificing style or comfort.

The most innovative design was Sarah’s decision to implement modular furniture that could change as the need changed. Her couch, for example, was modular. She could actually reorganize it for any need that she may require for a particular function or use. She could add a number of modules to extend seating for when she had guests in. When she needed to unwind or open up the space, she could easily reconfigure the couch to fit her needs.
The garage layout of Sarah was flexible. She avoided a rigid floor plan that would limit her use of the space; instead, she chose a layout that allowed her to adapt the garage according to her day-to-day activities. She even designed outdoor livable spaces in the guise of a cute patio she could stay in during the warmer seasons. This ingenuity meant that Sarah’s garage would never be cramped or static. It was dynamic, adaptive space which could change whenever it pleased to do so.
