Foods That Must Always Be Thrown After Thawing
Some foods aren’t safe to consume if they thawed and were then frozen again. Meats, poultry, fish, and dairy are particularly susceptible to bacterial multiplication. Once you feel that coin has disappeared into the ice, it is better to err on the side of caution and just discard those higher-risk foods.
