But probably one of the most unnerving things I found is that the place would change its energy depending on where you were. There were rooms that are the common areas, the old kitchen-and it was less; still eerie, but not overwhelming. But then other places, particularly the hospital wing and the basement are just suffocating. It was like the parts of that building absorbed the most trauma, and that energy was still echoing, crushing everything on the ground if someone entered.

There were times when I kept questioning myself: was this supernatural or was the asylum just exaggerating my own fright? A question tormenting me through the night, of which I am still unsure how to respond.
