Rescuing a wild animal is far from a simple task. While we may think of animal rescues as straightforward operations, there are numerous challenges involved in safely extracting a creature from a dangerous situation. Wild animals, especially young ones, are often filled with fear and confusion when they encounter humans, and they may lash out in self-defense. This makes it difficult for rescuers to approach the animal without risking injury.
